January 12–16—Assemblage Workshop, Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, Greenville, SC
I spent a week in residence at the Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, working with the visual art students in the afternoons on a group assemblage that is now part of their permanent collection. I led them through my process from start to finish. In the mornings, elementary students from Anderson and Laurens Counties visited the school and worked with me as part of their outreach program.
